I PLEDGE TO TAKE BOLD ACTION to make Orange County more affordable for our lower-income residents while prioritizing sustainable development that addresses climate change. This includes working with ALL PARTNERS, especially non-profit housing providers, and using all our power and tools to preserve and develop low-income housing. This also includes training the staff in new and creative ways to provide fair property assessments in the future, AND providing better connectivity and public transportation.
